Editor's Pick: If you always keep a bottle of hot sauce at home, this combo is pretty interesting. The earthy aroma of black truffle lays the foundation, the jalapeno heat isn't too sharp, and the lime's tartness finishes with a touch of freshness. It works great with fried eggs, tossed noodles, or as a dip for fried chicken. The 6 oz small bottle doesn't take up much space on the fridge door, so try it and stock up on a bigger bottle once you know it's your thing.
