After applying the discount code, it did drop to $8. When my sister saw it during dinner and wanted to buy it too, the original price had already changed to $17. After entering the discount code, it showed the same price as you saw. 跟是不是会员应该没关系，我和我妹都是prime。我是下午下的单，当时点进去价格是13，用折扣码后的确有减到8刀，吃晚饭的时候我妹看到也想买，但原价已经变成17了，输入折扣码后就和你看到的价格一样。
