Editor's Pick: Follow along with videos for light-weight shoulder or arm training, and a 2-lb pair feels just right in your hands. The hexagonal design keeps them from rolling around on the floor, and the neoprene-coated surface gives you a non-slip grip that stays steady even when you sweat. The gray iron core is wrapped in a 3 mm rubber layer, so bumping it against wood floors won't easily leave marks. The colors are clearly labeled, so you can tell which weight you want at a glance.
