Editor's Pick: When making a cake, the silicone head has just the right softness to scrape the batter off the bottom of the bowl, hugging the sides to get it clean without scratching your nonstick pan. It's one-piece molded with no seams, so it won't trap water after washing, and you can toss it right in the dishwasher. Thanks to the heat resistance, you can even use it to stir-fry right after searing food. The five spatulas come in different sizes and shapes, so you can use each one for spreading pancakes, applying sauces, or stirring.
