- AI Review Summary: ⭐Amazon rating: 4.5 / 5 (4,132 Reviews). Many users say these throat drops effectively soothe sore throats and coughs, with natural ingredients and no weird minty taste. Opinions vary on whether the texture is soft or hard, but they're fairly high in sugar and prone to melting during shipping, so keep that in mind when buying.

Editor's Pick: Pop one in when your throat feels dry and scratchy. The manuka honey blended with echinacea tastes mild and isn't overly sweet. Each drop is individually wrapped, so keep a few in your bag and car for whenever you need one. Made in small batches by hand in New Zealand, this is a staple to keep a bag of at home during seasonal changes.
