Editor's Pick: For at-home strength training, dumbbells can ding your floor or lose their coating over time. These are wrapped in thick neoprene, so they won't slip in your hands, won't feel cold in winter, and won't scratch your wood floors. The hexagonal heads won't roll around, so you can just set them down on a rack or in a corner after a set. The colors and numbers are clearly marked, so you won't grab the wrong weight. Great for arm workouts, squats, or yoga warm-ups.
