It’s different from the regular flour used at home for making steamed buns—that’s just ordinary wheat flour, usually all-purpose or low-gluten. 做面包的面粉用高筋的，有更好的筋性，跟一般家里蒸馒头的面粉不太一样，做馒头的那种就是普通的小麦粉，一般是中筋或低筋

Without Costco's customer service, it's better to buy less or avoid altogether. 这个是amazon卖的，前几天在amazon买了一个封边条，简直烂的不行，要是costco就拿去退了，没有costco的售后就少买或者尽量不买
