回复 @锦鲤上线 : I've been using mine for 6 years, but I don't usually cook with it. I only use it when frying food to prevent sticking, and the coating is still good. 我的用了6年了，不过平时不用它炒菜，只在煎吃的怕粘的时候才用，涂层还是好的
