回复 @匿名用户 : Air fryers have small space and blow hot air, so the temperature can be much higher than an oven. But the downside is that it's hard to control the heat; if you bake for one minute too long, it might burn. Heating might also be uneven; if you put something too thick, the outside might get charred while the inside isn't cooked yet. With a large oven, the temperature is very balanced, so you don't have this problem. The most common use for my air fryer is reheating leftovers like pizza. For actual cooking, you definitely need a large oven. But I feel that if you're buying a small oven, it might not be very necessary. Small ovens aren't easy to clean either. And I see that current air fryers all have a "bake" function. If you're worried about uneven heating, using this "bake" function might be a bit better. 空气炸锅空间小 里面还吹风 温度可以比烤箱高很多 但缺点就是不好控制火候 你多烤一分钟就有可能糊 加热可能也不太均匀 如果放的太厚的东西 很可能外面焦 里面还没熟 大烤箱的话温度很均衡就没这情况 我自己使用空气炸锅最多的情况也是加热剩菜披萨之类的 真正做菜的话肯定还是得大烤箱 但我感觉你要买小烤箱的话就不太有必要 小烤箱清洁起来也不容易 然后我看现在的空气炸锅都有bake这个功能啊 如果你怕热不均匀 用这个bake可能稍微好点
