Editor's Pick: Anyone who has built a PC knows that case fans are usually the last thing you remember to buy. This one features a 28mm thickened frame that moves more air than standard slim fans, and its 1600 RPM speed handles everyday loads while keeping noise around 21 dB — so it won't disturb you even when downloading overnight. The front has 20 programmable RGB LEDs with a dual-sided lighting design, so the lighting looks complete through a tempered glass side panel instead of only glowing on one side. PWM temperature control automatically adjusts the speed, dropping RPM at idle to save power and stay quiet.
