Editor's Pick: Anyone with cats knows they'll try to slip out the moment the door opens even a crack. This screen door uses an alloy steel wire mesh that resists tearing from cat claws and is much sturdier than ordinary fiberglass mesh. The U-shaped zipper design makes it easy to go in and out—just pull it shut behind you. No drilling required for installation; it attaches to the door frame with Velcro, so it works for renters too. Keep the door open for ventilation in summer without worrying about your cat escaping.
