Editor's Pick: When dressing little ones in skirts, pair them with tights like these—a ruffle peeking out below the hem adds a lovely layered look. The footless style keeps toes free, so they work with little leather shoes or sandals. The elastic waistband won't dig into the tummy, and the fabric sits close to the skin without feeling stuffy, so they stay up even through a full day of running and jumping.
