: The inner lining of buckwheat pillows comes with a zipper, so you can freely adjust the amount of buckwheat hulls inside! For example, if you prefer a flatter, softer pillow like I do, you can pour out the excess buckwheat into a bag and then shape it to your liking (I usually like to flatten the middle a bit).

: All-cotton won't shrink! If your dryer is a powerful one, among all quilts, except for baby gauze quilts which are not recommended for drying, others can be low-heat dried to extend the lifespan of your all-cotton items!

: Keep it dry and it won't! In more humid weather/regions, you can toss the buckwheat pillow into the dryer for about 10-30 minutes, a quick spin on medium heat will do the trick~
