Returns & Refunds
Return requests are accepted within 30 days after placing an order. Online orders cannot be returned at physical stores. Please log in to the Order History page to proceed (return fee: $7.00). (Detailed return policy). Based on customer feedback, refunds may take 45-60 days to process.
Package lost
If the package status shows as delivered but you have not actually received it, you may contact UNIQLO customer service for assistance in investigating after searching and waiting for 2 business days. (Detailed policy).

: I often buy from Uniqlo online and pick up in store. In this case, if you take it back to the store for a return, you can only exchange it, not get a refund. However, you can exchange it for any value. If it's more expensive, you pay the difference; if it's cheaper, they'll refund you the difference. For example, if you bought a $10 item online and picked it up in store, then found it unsuitable and took it back to the store for an exchange, you could exchange it for a $1 item. They would then give you back nine dollars. 我经常在优衣库网上买，去店里取货，这种的话如果拿回店里退，只能换，不能退。不过你换任何价值的都可以，贵的你就补差价；便宜的他们就退钱给你。比方说你在网上买了件十块钱的，店里取货，觉得不合适，拿回店里换，你可以换一件一块钱的。那他们还会找给你九块钱。

Online returns require paying your own shipping fee, but exchanging for a different size in the same style and color does not require paying shipping. Personally tested last month. 同款同色可以换，store credit 基本不可以。上网退要自己付邮费，换不同码的同款同色就不同付邮费。上个月亲测
