: Highly recommend collagen powder. Previously, the vertical lines on my nails were super noticeable, and I could feel the texture. After a month and a half of use, my nails became incredibly smooth 😂 though the lines haven't completely disappeared. 强烈推荐胶原蛋白粉。之前指甲 竖纹超级明显 摸起来还明显感觉到纹理。用了1个月半后指甲光滑的不行😂 但是竖纹还没完全消失
