: Same here. I bought it last month. Before buying, I asked very clearly about the approximate installation cost and if there was installation available near Albany. They all said yes, and that installation would be around $200-300. So I placed the order and bought it. I finally received it two days ago, after waiting for almost a month. I contacted customer service for the installer's contact info. As soon as I talked to them, they told me installation starts at $500, and this doesn't include any other fees. If extra drilling is needed, that's an additional charge, also $500. I'll just return it, it's not worth it anymore.
