My four-year-old daughter doesn't get much exercise during daytime classes, and she naps at school, so she has trouble sleeping at night. Every night, she takes one melatonin gummy with Vitamin D and zinc, and she goes to bed on time between 8:30 and 9 PM. She can wake up at 7:30 AM to go to class, and her mental state is very good.
