: I bought it for 499 in July, and up to now, it still hasn't produced a proper coffee puck—just a pile of crappy coffee grounds! So frustrating! There's barely any crema in the espresso either. I've tried several types of coffee beans and adjusted all kinds of parameters, but it's still the same! Very disappointing! : The grind size of the beans isn't set correctly. Just adjust it coarser, and it should be fine. However, different beans and roast levels require adjustments to the grind size. 豆子磨度没调对呗，往粗那边调一调就差不多了。不过不同的豆子烘焙度不一样粗细都是得调整的
