Returns & Refunds
Return requests are accepted within 30 days after placing an order. Online orders cannot be returned at physical stores. Please log in to the Order History page to proceed (return fee: $7.00). (Detailed return policy). Based on customer feedback, refunds may take 45-60 days to process.
Package lost
If the package status shows as delivered but you have not actually received it, you may contact UNIQLO customer service for assistance in investigating after searching and waiting for 2 business days. (Detailed policy).
Holiday Return Policy
- Orders placed between November 14, 2025 and January 1, 2026 can be returned for a refund until January 31, 2026. All other orders are eligible for returns within 30 days. (Detailed Policy)
