Once the toner is patted in and absorbed, I apply a few extra drops on areas with more closed comedones like the forehead, chin, and nose—places that tend to be oilier—and massage in circular motions. After that, I follow up with a moisturizing lotion or cream. For the first week, I used it twice, then gradually increased to three times, four times, and eventually daily.
