Didn't want to deal with this terrible shipping anymore, so chose refund - got the refund confirmation email within minutes. 我等了七天快递没任何更新一直还是ready for ups，今天找kiehl’s客服，客服说我的订单卡在那里，问我是重新寄出还是选择退款，我不想再等这种破快递了就直接选择退款，不到几分钟就收到处理退款的邮件通知。
