: Hello, I received the Luminizing Toner, but the packaging is different. I'm not sure if it's counterfeit. If both are genuine and the packaging was updated, which one is the new version and which is the old? I contacted Lancôme's customer service, and they only confirmed that anything shipped from the official website is authentic, just with packaging changes. They didn’t know which packaging is the new or old version. This is really frustrating, especially since it’s something applied to the face. Could you help inquire about this? Thanks!
