: Swell's insulation is excellent, their thermos is very good to use~ In the morning, I preheat it with hot water before putting hot dishes in, and it's still warm when I open it at noon~ Plus, their after-sales service is pretty good. The first thermos they sent got dented from a fall. I gave feedback to customer service, and they immediately mailed me a brand new one. I didn't even need to mail the slightly dented thermos back~ Later, I found that it actually dents quite easily with just one drop, but it doesn't affect the inner insulation layer~ So it's like a buy one get one free deal~🤣
