: Swell's insulation is excellent, their thermos is very good to use~ In the morning, I preheat it with hot water before putting hot dishes in, and it's still warm when I open it at noon~ Plus, their after-sales service is pretty good. The first thermos they sent got dented from a fall. I gave feedback to customer service, and they immediately mailed me a brand new one. I didn't even need to mail the slightly dented thermos back~ Later, I found that it actually dents quite easily with just one drop, but it doesn't affect the inner insulation layer~ So it's like a buy one get one free deal~🤣 Swell家的保温太好了，保温杯很好用～ 早上用热水先加热暖一下再把热菜放进去，中午打开还是温的～ 而且它家售后服务挺好的，第一次送来的保温杯被跌凹了，跟售后反馈，它家立刻给我邮寄一个全新的，凹了一点点的保温杯也不需要我邮寄回去～ 后来发现其实它跌一下就很容易凹，可是并不影响里面保温层～所以等于买一送一了～🤣

回复 @KUROMI25 : The glass container is meant for cold foods like salads and fruits. For hot foods, you need to remove the glass inner pot and pour hot water directly into the thermos. Let it warm up for a few minutes, then pour out the water before adding your hot meal. 玻璃碗那是来存冷食的，像沙拉跟水果。热食的话要把玻璃内胆拿出来，直接加热水进保温杯。温个几分钟等它内部加热，水倒掉再放你的热菜食物。
