Return & Refund:
Cancellation: Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting customer service. If the order has already been prepared for shipping, cancellation requests will not be accepted. For cancellations made after 24 hours, a $25 order cancellation fee will be charged. Returns & Refunds: A $28 return fee applies per item, and an additional 15% processing fee of the original purchase price will be charged per item. Duties and shipping fees are non-refundable. You must use the return label provided by the merchant, and the package must arrive at the merchant's return location within 14 days of receiving the item. (See the return process & return policy for details). Based on user feedback, refunds typically take 45-60 days to be processed.
