Saks offers price adjustment services for full-price items within 7 days of purchase. If you find an item on promotion after paying the full price, you can submit a price adjustment request online.
Gift Card Promotion Important Notes:
- Promo codes cannot be used on international orders. Gift cards are sent via email. If you do not receive your gift card, you can contact customer service online for assistance. Gift cards can be used on the official website and in physical stores.
- Regarding gift card returns: If you spent $1055 and received a $100 gift card, and then returned an item worth $45, the total amount after the return would still be $1010, which exceeds the $1000 threshold, so you would still be eligible for the $100 gift card. If you returned an item worth $65, the total amount after the return would be $990, which falls below the $1000 threshold but exceeds the $500 threshold. In this case, the gift card would be downgraded from $100 to $50.
If you need to return an item but are concerned about downgrading: Please call or chat with customer service online. Provide your order number and explain that you wish to return a specific item but do not want to be downgraded. Instead, you would like to purchase another item to replace it. Then, ask the customer service representative to help you place an order for an additional item that will prevent the downgrade. The representative will make notes on both the original and new orders. You can then use these notes to handle the remaining matters accordingly.
商家福利：
- New user registration can enjoy 10% off your next order with code ACCOUNTSF . (Code cannot be combined with other offers; some items are excluded — please add to cart to test.)
Returns & Refunds：
Returns are accepted within 30 days. The merchant does not accept returns for certain food items, personalized goods, and products marked as "Final Sale." A $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund for each mailed return. In-store returns do not require a return shipping fee. (Detailed return process and return policy)
