I'll teach you. Because I really didn't know how to eat this kind of donkey-hide gelatin, I went online to find a method for making Gu Yuan paste myself. Simply put, it's donkey-hide gelatin + yellow wine + walnuts + red dates + rock sugar. First steam, then stir, cool down, cut into pieces, and it's ready to eat. 我教你呀 因为实在不知道这种阿胶要咋吃，就去搜了自己熬固元膏的方法，简单来说就是阿胶+黄酒+核桃仁+红枣+冰糖 先蒸后搅拌冷却后切块就能吃了，阿胶还是东阿的最好是吧
