It was fine at first, but then one day, while blow-drying, I felt a slight electric shock, and there was a 'zap' sound of current. I looked and saw a light on inside the nozzle! The hot air setting would overheat and smell burnt after just a few seconds. The slightly warm air setting wouldn't overheat, but who wants to blow-dry their hair constantly worried about getting an electric shock?
