Free returns are available if the return package is scanned and picked up by the carrier within 15 days after receiving the item. Items must be returned in brand-new condition (unworn, unused, unopened, unaltered, and unwashed) with original packaging intact, and all tags (including hang tags and security tags) must be attached.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
Shoes must include the original shoebox, and the shoebox must be in its original condition without any shipping labels attached.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Cash on Delivery (COD) packages may be refused, or the COD amount may be deducted from your refund.
