Returns & Refunds:
- If you need to return an item, please submit a request within 7 days of receiving the product; a $35 fee will be charged per item. For orders exceeding $800, each item will incur a $95 fee. For details, please refer to the official website.
- All returned items must be new, unused, and include all original brand tags; shoes must be returned in their original box; underwear and socks must be returned in unopened packaging, otherwise the return process may be affected.
Orders & Shipping:
- After placing an order, the merchant will confirm within 3 days, and a confirmation email containing the tracking number related to the package will be sent to the email address of the ordering account; the order is expected to be delivered within 3 - 7 working days after confirmation.
- Registered users can check the status by logging in and viewing "My orders," and can track the logistics progress via Track order.
- Tip: If the goods are not received, you need to contact the merchant within 30 days after placing the order; if no contact is made within the 30-day period, the merchant cannot guarantee a refund.
