Went to the LAX Pasadena store yesterday—everything was a letdown: 1) Designs are stuck in 2010 AF-tier, materials are basic, and the 30% off sale has left all the clothes pilled from try-ons; 2) Staff are unprofessional. Lulu greets you warmly and assists in fitting rooms, but Alo? Nope. Fine, maybe it’s busy, but when I grabbed stuff to try, they just said "no rooms, walk around"—no queue system. Then someone else got in. Asked about another color for an item, and the employee wouldn’t even check: "I *think* we don’t have it"; 3) Only one mirror deep inside and near fitting rooms; 4) Long lines, empty registers, zero urgency. Wanted to buy that sweater (BTW, $168 for 100% acrylic is insane), waited 3 mins with no movement, then left. 看评论大家眼睛都是雪亮的。昨天去了lax pasadena那家店，产品和服务全是槽点：1设计就几年前af水平材料很一般，最近全线7折店里衣服都被试起球了；2服务员很不专业，lulu从进店的打招呼到试衣间都很热情，alo店员这些都没有fine我理解可能太多人了但是我拿着一堆去试衣间先告诉我现在没有位子让我转转，也没说给我排上，然后后面一个人就先进去；我问有某一款没有别的颜色，服务员甚至都不愿意帮我查一下，直接回答“我印象可能没有”；3全店就只有很里面的试衣间和试衣间外墙有一面镜子；4排队人多，有空的收银位也没人过去，就纯让大家等。本来想买那件毛衣（btw原价168纯晴纶已经很离谱），等了三分钟队伍纹丝不动我就放下衣服走了
