Returns & Refunds:

Except for Final Sale items, other products can be returned within 30 days of receipt. After generating a return label, use FedEx for the return. A shipping fee of $4.95 applies per order. The merchant will process the return package within 5 business days, and depending on the payment method, refunds will take 5-10 business days to complete. (Detailed Return Policy)
Since the merchant assigns a specific return address for each individual item, if multiple items need to be returned, please note the product list marked on each Return Label to avoid returning the wrong item.
