Returns can be requested within 30 days of arrival, either in-store or by mail (a $5.95 shipping fee will be deducted). Wedding items and furniture can only be returned by mail. Personal items, masks, certain wedding dresses (ending in $.99), and items marked as Final Sale or ending in $.95 with additional discounts applied are not eligible for return or exchange.
