Also, I found out today that their so-called shipment email is completely useless. I sent the email last Thursday, and still no tracking number because it hasn't been shipped yet. They just say it takes 5-7 business days.... The shipping email didn't even include tracking....), so I went with the Visa prepaid card. You have to wait 31 days and 8 hours to get it (counting down to the second, which is amusing [laughing emoji]) 最后决定不要被套娃，拒绝了多25%的store credit(他家的服务都不咋地，估计不会再光顾了。发货邮件连个Tracking都没有….），最后选了Visa prepaid card， 要等31天8小时才能拿到（倒计时精确到秒，太搞了）

: Here's an update: Simply forward the Peloton order confirmation email to support@getfondue.com, and they usually respond within 24 hours. Then they'll send a link for you to claim your rebate. You can choose Peloton credit with a 25% bonus, or a prepaid Visa card. The link will indicate a waiting period, as shown in the image, and then it's done. Hope this helps everyone 更新一下，直接转发peloton的order confirmation email给这个rebate的公司support@getfondue.com，一般24小时会回复，然后他们就发了一条link给你去claim你的rebate，可以选择peloton的credit会多送25%，或者直接选prepaid visa card，上面会告诉你有waiting period如图，然后就完成啦。希望帮到大家

Before, some friends didn't succeed, and then directly contacted customer service, who said they directly refunded her 30%. 我下单之前看到有弹窗，然后填写了邮件和电话。从短信的链接里进去就自动加进购物车了。之前有小伙伴没成功，然后直接联系了客服，说是直接给她refund了 30%

Before, when it was 50% off the discounted price, I couldn't resist placing an order, hahaha.
