: Heads up for buyers: They don't take responsibility for lost packages. CS said they "don't have authority" to issue refunds and there's no refund portal. 买这家东西的要注意，快递寄丢了不管，跟客服沟通申请退款客服说没有权利给退款，也没有退款页面。

Like... if I had the package why would I be talking to you?! Then they hit me with the robotic "Is there anything else I can help with?" Unbelievable. Finally got a decent rep who promised to reship, but no tracking yet. : Mine showed "no access" - shipped via DHL but mysteriously handed off to USPS for final delivery. Called both carriers and Peloton CS, who claimed the package was still at USPS but nobody answered calls. Ended up visiting TWO USPS offices myself to retrieve it. After all that effort, found an orange highlighter streak across the clothes! Never again - you get what you pay for with this brand. 我的快递也是显示no access，是DHL 但是不知道为啥最后一程交给usps，然后我到处打电话给DHL和usps，最后还联系了peloton客服她说问完物流发现包裹还在usps没投送，打电话也没人接，客服也不帮我，最后我自己跑到usps两家office才找到。千辛万苦拿到衣服，上面居然还有橙色荧光笔画了好长一条，简直要气晕了，便宜没好货这家从此拉黑。
