: No. Soft stool is a gastrointestinal issue and not directly related to eating dry or wet food. My cat has been on wet food for two years and is doing fine. In fact, I feel that the chance of soft stool from switching wet food is much lower than switching dry food. 不会。软便是肠胃问题，和吃干粮或者湿粮没直接关系，我家猫吃两年湿粮了目前情况良好，而且我感觉湿粮换粮导致软便的概率比干粮换粮低很多，所以我个人经验反而是吃干粮的更容易发生软便……
回复 @屌丝不寂寞 : I've taken my pet to the vet and had stool tests done, but nothing abnormal was found. It might just be poor intestinal function, so I've been giving it pet probiotics regularly for long-term regulation. 看过医生了，也化验过便便，没检查出什么问题来，可能就是肠道功能不太好，常年给它喂宠物益生菌调理呢
