: Out of 10 times I order, 5 times they "forget" to give me the drink cup and hamburger. Honestly, it’s not really forgetting—it feels intentional. And that’s just what’s on the surface. Who knows what they’re actually putting in the food behind the scenes. I’ll never eat at McDonald’s again.

: I think the drink cup issue is just their system flaw. The kitchen only handles food prep—the cups are at the cashier. For in-person orders, they'd hand you the cup directly, but now we mostly can't/won't order face-to-face (drive-thru probably doesn't forget drinks since they hand them to you directly).

回复 @匿名用户 : They mess up orders—like if you order a beef and a chicken, they forget the chicken, or if you order two, they give one. Not sure about other places, but here in Alabama, the staff (Black brothers/sisters) have never gotten my order 100% right. So I totally get this review (at least the E. coli levels aren't超标 though lol).
