回复 @匿名用户 : This one isn't peeled off (first time buying a physical card). The customer service I initially contacted said my card was already active, then directed me to Apple; it was just a back-and-forth mess. I was confused as if the card was stolen, it would show as already redeemed or something similar, not code invalid. But they told me to contact Apple, and Apple said there was a zero balance. Thinking back, if the card wasn’t activated, zero balance makes sense, right? Then they told me to contact BB, and BB said reissue unsuccessful, and asked me to call. Then I had a frustrating call with an Indian customer service rep at BB, who didn't even let me finish before saying that it's not their problem as BB is just shipping the GC. Then I went back to Apple, and they sent me a link to upload documents. I haven’t done it yet because I have another card on the way, and I figured if there are issues with that one too, I might as well send them together. But I woke up this morning to a delay notice... And then this holiday weekend with nothing to do at work, I contacted BB again and argued with them. They confidently said that reshipping isn't an issue and assured me this time it won’t be a problem 这个是没撕开的（第一次买实体卡）我开始联系的那个客服说我的卡已经active了，然后让我找苹果反正扯来扯去的，我自己也很奇怪如果被盗了的话应该会显示already redeem之类的而不是code invail。但是人家让我去找苹果，苹果跟我说zero balance，现在想想如果没有active的话应该也是zero balance？又让我去找bb，然后bb说reissue unsuccessful,让我打电话。然后我打了最气的一个克服了一个印度女的，话还没说完说直接说bb just shipping GC 发生什么都不关bb的事情。然后我又去找苹果了，苹果发了个link让我upload文件。我还没做因为我还有张卡在路上，心里想感觉也有问题的话一起送过去。结果早上起来说delay…再然后这个礼拜holiday weekend上班摸鱼没事做又联系了一次bb跟他们吵架，他们结论是reship我说如果是有问题怎么办？他们很有自信地说我很自信这次一定没有问题

回复 @咸味曲奇饼 : It's most likely BB didn't activate the card; they need to peel it to expose the barcode to activate it. Otherwise, it's just a piece of paper. You need to call BB and insist they didn’t activate it. It's not stolen, and it's not Apple's issue. Some BB employees really lack the skills and don't know how to operate the system. 基本上可以确定是BB没有激活这卡，他们必须撕开露出条形码来激活，不然这就是一张废纸。这个就是要打电话给BB一口咬定是他们没激活，没有被盗也跟苹果没关系。BB的部分员工业务能力真不咋样，根本不知道怎么操作。

回复 @匿名用户 : Yeah, they’re all physical cards. For the Apple gift card, I loaded it on the spot because I had things to do and didn’t want to be carrying over a thousand bucks around. Checked my Best Buy card at home too, no issues there. 嗯都是实体卡 苹果礼卡我是现场充了的 因为后面还有事 不想拿着一千多乱跑 bb的卡我拿回去检查了也都没问题
