: Some of the sellers in there are really terrible. Some will give you a tracking number, but you never receive anything. They’ll even attach proof saying the item was delivered and then refuse to give you a refund.

: Customer service is super trash, always siding with the sellers. I didn't receive a package and provided evidence, but they just refused to refund. Also, if a package is seized by customs, they tell us buyers to resolve it ourselves, telling us to contact customs ourselves. Who knows if you put some prohibited items (weijinping) in the package? And then they just refuse to refund. As long as you dispute, they will always reply telling you to contact local customs yourself. A million "grass-mud horses" flying by, OK. It means once you place an order, all consequences are at your own risk. Unbelievably bad.

: The key thing is AliExpress customer service always sides with the sellers. Last time, an essential item was clearly missing from my order, making it unusable. I applied for after-sales service, and the seller provided a picture of the package weight, claiming nothing was missing. And customer service actually believed them. Are they so full they have nothing better to do than wrongly accuse the seller? In short, customer service on this site trusts scamming sellers. Scamming sellers have a hundred ways to make customer service believe them. Buyers just end up being big patsies.

: I got scammed too. Their refunds are okay, but there's one item I never received and they still haven't refunded me for it. It's been over a month. Every time I contact AliExpress customer service, they say it's submitted for 48-hour processing, and then there's no follow-up.
