: Can I just send customer service what pattern I want to engrave? Can it only be done in a single color? 想雕刻什么图案直接发给客服就行么，只能做单色的？
: Just go in and select "customize," then upload your image. The resulting pattern will be in grayscale, not color. 点进去直接选customize然后上传图片就行了，做出来的图案不是彩色的是灰的
