1. Eiffel Tower

4. Arc de Triomphe

The Arc de Triomphe is located at the western end of the Champs-Élysées and was built to commemorate Napoleon's victories. From the top of the arch, you can overlook the twelve radiating avenues. The early evening is a perfect time to watch the sunset over Paris from here. When the lights come on at night, the monument appears even more majestic and romantic.

5. Montmartre

Montmartre is filled with artistic atmosphere and was once a gathering place for many painters. The Sacré-Cœur Basilica at the summit stands out in brilliant white and is a popular spot for panoramic views of Paris. The small alleys, cafés, and street performers create a uniquely romantic ambiance. Walking through this area feels like stepping into a movie version of Paris.

6. Musée d'Orsay

The Musée d'Orsay is located on the Left Bank of the Seine River and was converted from a 19th-century railway station. It's famous for its collection of Impressionist and Post-Impressionist works, featuring masterpieces by Van Gogh, Monet, Renoir, and other great artists. The giant clock window inside is a popular photo spot, offering views of the Parisian cityscape. Compared to the Louvre, this museum is more moderate in size, perfect for spending two to three hours appreciating artistic beauty.

7. Palace of Versailles

The Palace of Versailles is located in the southwestern suburbs of Paris and symbolizes the height of French royal power. It began as Louis XIII's hunting lodge and was later expanded by Louis XIV into a magnificent royal palace. Inside, the most famous feature is the dazzling Hall of Mirrors, while the expansive French gardens and fountain displays are equally breathtaking. It's highly recommended to reserve half to a full day for your visit.

8. Mont Saint-Michel

During high tide, the small island appears to float on the sea, while at low tide, you can walk to the island. The sight is truly spectacular. The abbey at the top has a long history and is an outstanding example of Gothic architecture. Listed as a World Heritage site, it's one of France's most dreamy, fairy-tale-like attractions.
