The most ridiculous part is that when I contacted the courier, they opened a case but claimed they'd already delivered it - sent to the wrong address without even checking. Basically saying their job was done once shipped. Then I went back to the official website. Since my order was split into two packages with different delivery photos shown, the客服 said they'd register to resend. However, one night cream was out of stock and they promised to refund that amount while keeping the gift unchanged.
