- Costco new customers who purchase a 1-year membership and enroll in auto-renewal pay $65 and receive an extra $20 Costco Shop Card; a 1-year Executive membership with auto-renewal is $130 and includes an extra $40 Costco Shop Card.
- This offer is only available to new customers or former customers whose membership expired more than 18 months ago for their first year of enrollment. Renewals within 18 months of expiration or renewals by existing customers cannot use this verification. This verification must be activated at a physical Costco store to officially become a Costco member.
- Only new customers may participate, and a Visa card must be used for auto-renewal of next year's membership. If you choose not to enroll in auto-renewal, you will be deemed ineligible for the promotion and will not receive the gift card. Former Costco members who joined and then canceled must have been unpaid for more than 18 months to qualify as a "new customer." Not applicable to renewals or upgrades of existing memberships. The promotion is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotion.
