: The checkout page showed the free bowl offer, but I never got the email. I've emailed customer service days ago with no reply yet. Wondering if anyone else has this issue. 下单付款时候那个页面是显示有free bowl的，但就是完全没收到free bowl的邮件，发邮件给客服了好多天了还没回复，不知道有没有其他人也有这样的问题
