It's really disappointing to see how EL runs this kind of promotion. They can easily let their IT team to improve the online process to prevent confusion for customers. It makes customers feel that we are scammed. I wonder how many customers will take the time to return the orders due to missing freebie items in the end. You can add freebies in the cart, but once you placed the order, you will get an out of stock email and telling you that the item(s) will be not shipped.
