: Update: Regarding the previous issue where Fresh sent me extremely non-fresh products, I am preparing to file a BBB report against the merchant for their unreasonable behavior. Additionally, my original purchase order included a Volcano Essence gift, but it was later canceled due to stock unavailability, and only the paid items were shipped. Earlier this year, I also experienced a situation where two-thirds of the product's shelf life had expired. Despite numerous disputes with the merchant, they only waived the return shipping fee, while the $20 store credit points were completely forfeited. Even after escalating to a supervisor, they refused to refund the points due to the product's expiration date after return! If any of you have had similar experiences, I hope we can all stand up for our rights. Personally, I feel the merchant is taking advantage of us, and their behavior is only getting worse! update 关于之前 fresh 给我发非常不新鲜 产品,我已经准备BBB report 商家 不合理行为,以及当时购买订单中有火山精华赠品,但是之后因为赠品没货直接被砍掉,仅仅发了 花钱购买,年中也经历过 同样产品日期过期2/3, 商家不讲理 battle 无数次仅仅waive 退回运费,但是店铺credit points置换20$ 就完全烂掉,升级跟supervisor 联系依然不会退因为商品日期问题退回后 这部分积分!!! 如果有类似经历小伙伴希望大家都可以维权,我个人觉得商家这个行为是看我们好欺负,已经在变本加厉!

Even when more than two-thirds of the product's lifetime had passed, I still had to fight over the shipping fee. Also, the $20 store credit redeemed with membership points just vanished when I returned the product. No matter how much I argued, they refused to refund it! I was super annoyed, but I had to let it go because I was too busy in the middle of the year. Now that the year-end holiday is approaching and I have time to deal with this, I’m definitely going to fight for my rights! If it weren’t for my extremely sensitive skin—La Mer cream breaks me out as soon as I use it—I really wouldn’t want to buy from this brand. Lately, I’ve been thinking about trying out some domestic brands. If nothing works, I’ll just layer Swiss Perfection cream and a domestic cold cream at night. That should help with seasonal allergies and prevent dry lines in the harsh winter. The most disgusting part is that even the credits you exchange with points on their website can be deducted if the product is not fresh, and those points just vanish into thin air without being returned. Even when returning items, you have to argue endlessly and endure their ghosting customer service just to get the shipping fee waived! They are truly exploiting customers in every way possible! 是的!最恶心点是你在他们网站用points 换的credit 也能因为商品不新鲜退回去 然后这个points不会退回就这么凭空消失,退个货还是有理由要不断battle 还要忍受他们变成ghost 客服才能免了这个运费!!!! 真的就是全面欺压顾客!

: Fresh skincare products have relatively gentle ingredients, which should be suitable for autumn use. The free gifts are quite appealing to me as well. Fresh的护肤品成分比较温和,秋季用应该不错,赠品也挺吸引我的。
