: They are terrible. I bought from them during Black Friday, and they shipped only the in-stock items while the packing list showed the entire shopping list, without any prior notification. When the order arrived, I found items missing. Contacting customer service only got me a refund for the out-of-stock items, and if I wanted a full refund, I had to pay for return shipping myself. The items I wanted most were the out-of-stock ones, which is just disgusting. 他家很差劲，黑五买了他家，部分商品缺货就把有货的发了，发货单上却是全部购物列表，也不提前通知。到货了发现少了物品，找客服只能退缺货部分的钱，想全退还得自己掏运费。最想买的就是缺货的部分商品，恶心坏了。
