黑五的单，11号快递显示delivered但是没收到，查了快递公司的记录发现他们送到别人家了，照片太模糊看不清楚门牌号，在快递公司申请了调查让等两个工作日，然后回邮件说调查结束，如果仍没收到联系卖家，lamer说这个不是investigation，是injuiry然后推给我叫我去快递公司叫他们做真正的调查并且同步给他们但是这个快递公司只能chat（ontrac），都没电话可以联系，黑五的单到现在都没解决，推来推去我该怎么办啊![[流泪]](/assets/emoji/comment-emoji/dm_liulei@2x.png?v=1)

回复 @匿名用户 : Right? Dropped at my work address at 11:30 PM—who could get it? Shipped on the 5th, arrived on the 20th. I think it was lost long ago, and they just marked it delivered. Other packages from the same courier shipped on the 4th arrived on the 5th. 对啊，晚上11点半丢我公司门口，谁能收得到，而且5号寄的，20号才到，我都怀疑它早就丢了，随便写了个delivered。因为其他包裹也是他公司送，4号寄的5号就到了。
