: Quick question! For Black Friday orders, if I want to exchange one set, how do I do it? Is it possible to exchange for an item of equal or higher value? I don't want to return the samples, but I'm afraid if I exchange, they won't give me the samples back. 求问黑五的订单有一个套装想换货怎么操作。可以换同等价位或更高价位的。不想把小样寄回去。怕到时候换了不给小样了。

La Mer said this wasn’t an "investigation," just an "inquiry," and told me to have the courier do a real investigation and share results. But the courier (Ontrac) only has chat—no phone. 黑五的单,11号快递显示delivered但是没收到,查了快递公司的记录发现他们送到别人家了,照片太模糊看不清楚门牌号,在快递公司申请了调查让等两个工作日,然后回邮件说调查结束,如果仍没收到联系卖家,lamer说这个不是investigation,是injuiry然后推给我叫我去快递公司叫他们做真正的调查并且同步给他们但是这个快递公司只能chat(ontrac),都没电话可以联系,黑五的单到现在都没解决,推来推去我该怎么办啊![[流泪]](/assets/emoji/comment-emoji/dm_liulei@2x.png?v=1)

Suggest trying another CS rep first; I cycled through several before one agreed to resend. 还没有,我准备dispute之前我又找了一次客服,她发了重发的快递单号给我,我今天应该会收到,收到通知你。我觉得你可以再找一个客服,没解决的话,再dispute。我找了好几个,最后才一个答应给我重发了

回复 @慎赞徽音 : Not normal. Feels like La Mer changed their script this year—everything’s "wait for investigation" with no resolution. Might as well dispute with the bank and save the money. 不太正常 感觉今年海蓝之谜换了一套话术,啥都得等调查后续给答复,然后就没有然后了...不行就直接打银行处理吧 就当省钱了

回复 @匿名用户 : Right? Dropped at my work address at 11:30 PM—who could get it? Shipped on the 5th, arrived on the 20th. I think it was lost long ago, and they just marked it delivered. Other packages from the same courier shipped on the 4th arrived on the 5th. 对啊,晚上11点半丢我公司门口,谁能收得到,而且5号寄的,20号才到,我都怀疑它早就丢了,随便写了个delivered。因为其他包裹也是他公司送,4号寄的5号就到了。
