: Specifically registered an account to bash this lousy company and their choice of OnTrac, a stupid courier. Haven't received my Thanksgiving items to this day. The first time it was stuck with the courier for three weeks without moving, had to call to resend. Then the second time it got stuck with the courier for two weeks, and suddenly showed as delivered one day. The funny thing is, there was a snowstorm warning in the east during those days, so it's impossible for any package to have been delivered. Reported the issue to the courier that it wasn't delivered, and received no response for a week. Called La Mer, and they told me to contact the courier again. Two stupid companies coming together to mess things up, and the unlucky ones are the customers. I advise everyone to avoid the risk of being scammed and not buy directly from the website, especially if OnTrac is handling the delivery. 专门注册了账号来骂这个垃圾公司以及他们选的ontrack傻逼快递,感恩节的东西至今没收到.第一次卡在快递公司三个星期没动,打电话重新寄.然后第二次卡在快递公司两周,突然有天显示快递送了,可笑的是那两天美东大雪警报,不可能有任何包裹送到.给快递公司报告订单没有送达,一周没有任何回复.打电话给lamer,居然让再去联系快递公司. 两个傻逼公司碰一起了,倒霉的是顾客. 劝大家不想冒着被坑的风险,少在官网买东西,特别是让ontrack这个垃圾公司送的快递.
: I feel like couriers can see package values. Never had issues with low-value shipments. All problematic Lasership deliveries were $100+ items for me—two got mysteriously "recalled by merchant" and stalled for weeks. Lamer refunded me, then the packages showed as "delivered" the next day with no signature. Did they just get "zero-dollar shopped"? 感觉快递公司是不是可以看到包裹的价值,小金额的快递从来没出现过问题,lasership出问题的包裹都是几百美金的,我有两个就是,莫名其妙说商家召回,十几天不动,后来lamer给我退款了,刚退款第二天包裹就显示签收,但是没有签收信息,是不是被他们零元购了
回复 @匿名用户 : Still calling customer service, but they push me to OnTrac, which surprisingly doesn't even have a customer service phone number, only email responses. 还在打电话给客服,客服推给ontrack,ontrack居然没有客服电话,只能等邮件回复.

: Today I returned all the La Mer products I bought on Black Friday. I will never buy anything from La Mer's website again. If I purchase La Mer products again, I will definitely choose Costco, where the after-sales service is good and the prices aren't inflated—trustworthy retailer. 今天去把黑五买的所有lamer产品全都退掉了,以后再也不会在lamer官网买任何东西了,再购买lamer产品一定选择costco这样售后服务好不虚标价格的值得信任的商家。

: Hey Junjun, please help me out. For my Black Friday order, a set was missing. I've been in touch with customer service trying to resolve this. Today, I finally got a formal reply from them, and I was so mad after reading it. Reason one: Because of their mix-up, my package was missing a full-size product. But their reply was that the original package was complete and they only sent me the missing item out of "respect" for me as a valued customer—basically hinting that I'm lying to scam them for extra stuff? Not only did they not admit their mistake, but they even tried to put the blame on me. For a couple hundred bucks, I've been stressed out dealing with this, called customer service countless times—do they really think I’d bother scamming over this? Second: They said they resent it, but they sent it to the wrong address. The two porch photos are of completely different places—you’re telling me that’s the same address? I even contacted OnTrac myself, and they clearly told me it was sent to the wrong address. The company told me to contact customer service again—it’s like passing the buck back and forth. Is this really how a big company handles problems? Did I choose the courier myself? Why do I have to be the one calling them when they sent it to the wrong address? (When I looked up the misdelivered address in the photo, it turned out to be a house just two blocks from mine—I even went out of my way to knock on their door, and they said they hadn't received any packages that weren't theirs. No idea why this happened.) Anyway, it’s the company’s mistake for delivering to the wrong address. But in their reply, they said I have to fix it myself and deal with the consequences. Why?
