: I still haven’t received the gifts from La Mer’s May promotion. Every time there’s a promo, it’s the same—either they don’t ship, or they just cancel the gifts, and you can’t even return the items because it’s directly marked as “Final Sale”! If you don’t have enough gifts, don’t run the promotion. It’s been over a month, and they still haven’t produced new stock—who would believe that?! : Customer service said the free gift is currently out of stock. We'll have to contact them again when it's back in stock. It's a bit of a hassle. If they try to weasel out of sending the gift later, I'll file a complaint and a credit card dispute. This really leaves a bad taste. 客服说赠品暂时没货。 有货了再找他们。虽然麻烦点。 如果后面耍赖不寄赠品 就投诉加信用卡dispute. 太败好感了
