: In these situations, customer service usually won't replace it because the plastic wrap often comes open. I've encountered this with other stores as well, and now there's no plastic wrap at all. I guess when they're packing, they see it's open and just remove the plastic wrap. The plastic seal was already broken and the box is a bit deformed, so I’m really not sure if someone had opened it before. Oh well, the company won’t care anyway, whatever problem comes up, it’s always on us to deal with.
